Samsara Remit, Al Jazeera Exchange collaborate for remittances to Nepal

Samsara Remit has commenced joint remittance services with Qatar based Al Jazeera Exchange thus adding its 4th partner in the country. The alliance will facilitate more than 5 million hard working Nepalese migrant workers yet another option in remitting money back home from Al Jazeera Exchange’s eight branches. Back home the money can either be received from among more than 4200 Agent Locations across Nepal or credited into beneficiaries’ Bank Account. “Samsara Remit continues to expand its network in Qatar and by the end of year 2017 our services will be available from at least eight companies in Qatar alone”. said Jeewan Babu Shrestha, Executive Vice Chairman of Samsara Remit. “Nepal has been quite a significant corridor for MTCs in Qatar and will be at least for good number of years. This stimulates the demand for more manpower and ultimately will thrust more remittances. By introducing Samsara Remit, we give our customers yet another option in choosing their preference of service.” said Nidal Salem, General Manager of Al Jazeera Exchange.
